For this week’s featured drink we are shining a light on Bumbu Rum.

Based on the original recipe created by 16th century sailors of the West Indies, who blended native Caribbean ingredients into their rum and called it “Bumbu”.

Using the same all-natural spices and no artificial colours or flavours, this Rum is an authentic revival of Caribbean history, distilled in small batches and blended by hand.

With a sweet, banana-y flavour we recommend a serve shaken with oat milk over ice or a simple glass of coke.
