Lamb Koftas - Beyond Meat seasoned with herbs and spices mixed with onion to create 2 koftas. Served on a flatbread, a top a bed of lettuce, rocket, red onion, cucumber and pickled red cabbage. Topped with fresh mint and coriander. Accompanied with a side of our homemade raita.
Garlic Miso Mushrooms - Chestnut mushrooms marinated in a garlic and miso, with a Yorkshire twist. Topped with a panko crumb and grated parmesan.
