We know the vegan variety can be notoriously difficult to get right, so we thought we'd share our top 3 tips for making perfect, round and risen puds.
1. Make sure your mixture is light and fluffy, it doesn't need to be thick and heavy.
2. Don't let your batter sit, whisk and get straight in your oil tray.
3. A controversial one, but use cold oil for vegan yorkies.
