Summer's arrived, and along with the sunshine we have some new salad bowls on the menu for the summer. Take a closer look:
Our Thai inspired salad of kale, carrot, white cabbage, beansprouts and spring onion. Topped with Oumph chicken cooked in our satay sauce. Garnished with pickled ginger, parsley and sesame seeds. (GF)
Pulled Oumph chicken, covered in our BBQ sauce, served on a bed of shredded lettuce, rocket and spinach. Topped with layers of refriend black beans, fresh sliced pepper, radish, house slaw and corn ribs.
